We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully before booking.
❌ Cancellations
- 3 or more days before the tour date:
You will receive a full refund minus handling fees.- For a ¥24,999 tour → ¥24,050 refunded
- For a ¥34,999 tour → ¥33,700 refunded
- Within 2 days of the tour date:
A 100% cancellation fee will apply. No refund will be issued.

If you wish to reschedule your tour, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.
We may be able to accommodate changes depending on availability.
