Once payment is completed, we begin preparing your customized tour,
including consultation and planning time.

Because planning is part of the service,
the following cancellation policy applies:

Before planning begins
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date
will receive a full refund.

After planning has begun
Cancellations made 7 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Payment & Refund Notes

Any bank transfer fees or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
