Continue to Amanohashidate, one of Japan's Three Scenic Views and one of the country's most celebrated natural landscapes. Ride the monorail or chairlift up to Amanohashidate Viewland, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the famous pine-covered sandbar stretching across Miyazu Bay. Don't forget to try the traditional matanozoki pose—viewing the landscape upside down through your legs—
which is said to make the sandbar resemble a bridge to heaven. After enjoying the viewpoint, descend by monorail or chairlift and take time to explore the area at your own pace.
